Tackleman Charters

Tackleman Fishing Charters is a full service fishing charter company in southern California. Captain Horace Barge has been fishing southern California waters for over 15 years, so he knows where to find the fish. He is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain and an IGFA Certified Captain.

Captain Horace's expeditions range from taking a party of two or three to teaming up with another boat. You'll have a great adventure, as each trip is individually designed for you or your group. Captain Horace's mission is to ensure each guest gets the individual attention they deserve, creating a memorable trip.

From Oceanside to south of the border, Captain Horace will hook you up with Albacore, Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, Dorado and Yellowtail.

When the Tuna are too far south, Captain Horace Barge will target Yellowtail, Barracuda, Bonito, Calico Bass, Halibut and White Seabass.
